⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More Than a Custom Ring — An Exceptional Experience I commissioned Joller Jewels to create a sterling silver signet ring featuring my family Coat of Arms, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Kostas provided extraordinary personal attention. He listened to what I wanted while offering expert guidance whenever he believed something could be improved. Together with Maria, his designer, they adapted my Coat of Arms specifically for traditional deep intaglio engraving. Throughout the process, Kostas kept me involved with photos, videos and updates. His attention to sizing was particularly impressive. Because of the ring’s substantial width, he personally performed multiple tests before determining the final size. I trusted his judgment, and he was absolutely right—the fit is perfect. The craftsmanship is outstanding. At 25.4 grams of sterling silver, the ring feels substantial without being heavy, and my full name, JUAN ANTONIO MEJÍA CALABRIA, is beautifully engraved inside. Even the elegant packaging made receiving it feel special. Most importantly, Kostas made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend creating something meaningful together. His patience, communication, craftsmanship and genuine enthusiasm are increasingly rare. Kostas told me, “You have never seen a ring like it!” He was right. I absolutely love it. I cannot recommend Kostas and Joller Jewels highly enough. Five stars somehow do not feel like enough.
