All orders are shipped from Greece via FedEx International Priority.
Ready-to-ship items are normally dispatched within 5–7 business days. Custom-made and personalized jewelry requires additional production time.
Once shipped, you will receive your FedEx tracking information.
🔸 Delivery Time
FedEx International Priority: Approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

All jewelry is carefully packaged in a complimentary jewelry gift box with protective packaging for safe delivery.
🔸 Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
🔸 Returns & Exchanges
Non-personalized jewelry may be returned in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Custom-made, personalized and engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or there has been an error on our part.
